מדיניות פרטיות – [קבלה בקליק]

ברוכים הבאים לאפליקציית [קבלה בקליק] (להלן: "האפליקציה"). אנו מכבדים את פרטיותך ומחויבים להגן על המידע האישי שלך ושל לקוחותיך. מסמך זה מפרט את סוג המידע שאנו אוספים וכיצד אנו משתמשים בו.

1. המידע הנאסף באפליקציה

האפליקציה מאפשרת לך להזין נתונים לצורך הפקת מסמכים עסקיים (קבלות, חשבוניות והצעות מחיר). המידע כולל:

  • פרטי העסק שלך: שם העסק, ח"פ/עוסק מורשה, לוגו ופרטי התקשרות.

  • פרטי לקוחות: שם, טלפון וכתובת אימייל.

  • פרטי עסקאות: תיאור שירותים, מחירים, כמויות, הנחות ושיטות תשלום.

  • פרטי בנק: (במידה והוזנו על ידך) לצורך הצגתם במסמכי חשבונית מס.

2. היכן נשמר המידע? (אחסון מקומי)

הפרטיות שלך היא בראש סדר העדיפויות שלנו. ככלל, המידע המוזן באפליקציה נשמר באופן מקומי על המכשיר שלך בלבד ואינו מועבר לשרתים חיצוניים שלנו.

  • הפקת קבצי ה-PDF מתבצעת על גבי המכשיר.

  • היסטוריית המסמכים וקטלוג המוצרים נשמרים בזיכרון המכשיר (Local Storage).

3. שירותי צד ג' ושיתוף מידע

האפליקציה אינה משתפת את המידע שלך עם גורמים חיצוניים, למעט הפעולות שאתה מבצע באופן יזום:

  • שיתוף מסמכים: כאשר אתה בוחר בלחצן "שתף PDF", הקובץ מועבר לאפליקציה חיצונית לבחירתך (ווטסאפ, אימייל וכו').

  • גיבוי: במידה ותבחר להשתמש באפשרות הגיבוי בענן (למשל Google Drive), המידע יועבר לחשבון האישי שלך תחת תנאי הפרטיות של ספק השירות.

  • שירותי הדפסה: האפליקציה משתמשת בספריות מערכת לצורך שליחת מסמכים להדפסה.

4. הרשאות נדרשות

האפליקציה עשויה לבקש את ההרשאות הבאות:

  • גישה לאחסון/קבצים: לצורך שמירה ויצירה של קבצי ה-PDF.

  • אנשי קשר: (אופציונלי) במידה ותרצה לייבא פרטי לקוח מתוך המכשיר.

  • אינטרנט: לצורך עדכוני אפליקציה או ביצוע גיבויים (אם הוגדרו).

5. אבטחת מידע

מכיוון שהמידע נשמר על המכשיר שלך, אבטחת המידע תלויה גם באמצעי ההגנה של המכשיר עצמו (נעילת מסך, הצפנת מכשיר). אנו ממליצים לגבות את הנתונים באופן קבוע.

6. אחריות המשתמש

השימוש באפליקציה ובמסמכים המופקים בה הוא באחריות המשתמש בלבד. המשתמש אחראי לוודא כי המסמכים המופקים עומדים בדרישות החוק ורשויות המס בישראל.
